How it's funded
Your Nation is the applicant. And the owner.
Water access in Canada is funded, by federal and provincial programs built for exactly this. The question has never been whether the money exists. It is whether it turns into something a Nation keeps. With Sovereign Pure, funding your Nation is entitled to becomes permanent, community-owned infrastructure, not another invoice that renews.

You hold it
The Nation is the eligible applicant and the majority owner. Funding is applied for by your Nation and flows to your community-owned joint venture. Nothing is applied for over your head.

Sovereign Pure and Arctic Freshwater prepare the application, the budget, the implementation plan, and the reporting, with your leadership, at your pace. You bring the mandate and the relationships. We bring the paperwork and the delivery.

Funding converts into assets your Nation owns: the depot, the equipment, the trained local crew, and the reporting. When a program term ends, the infrastructure and the capability stay home.
Where the funding comes from
A community water venture is rarely funded from one place. We help braid the sources that fit your Nation's situation:
- Federal programs Indigenous Services Canada, Crown-Indigenous Relations, and Infrastructure Canada streams that fund clean water, community infrastructure, and workforce.
- Provincial and territorial programs water, skills, and emergency management funding.
- Corporate and CSR partners sponsors who underwrite schools, elder homes, and emergency reserves as part of their reconciliation commitments.
- Offtake and retail revenue national sales that help fund community operations at cost or below.
Specific programs are identified with your council once we understand your community's situation. Programs and criteria change; the principle does not, your Nation applies, your Nation owns.
